How It Works
1. We carry out an extensive survey amongst mortgage brokers, those that write and those that do not write bridging business. This begins through March.
2. We follow up with 12 to 16 in-depth, one-hour interviews, also during April.
3. The research findings will be written up and then shared in April with all participating companies. These will be shared on-to-one.
4. If relevant, you will be asked to contribute to our Broker Guide, ready for distribution in May
5. Where relevant, we will create roundtable sessions in April to discuss findings further.

What Can I Use The Insights For?
The insights will help you with all elements across Sales, Marketing, Products, Pricing and Distribution. It is important that with the insight you turn it into action.
Can You Provide Input With Actions?
Absolutely. We are experts in turning insight into meaningful actions.
How many interviews will be conducted?
We will be doing quantitative and qualitative research. The survey will have a minimum of 100 brokers who write bridging business and 12 to 16 in-depth interviews.
Who will we be contacting?
Brokers from across the industry. We will be talking to brokers who write bridging business and those that do not
Can we contribute to the questions?
Yes, if you sign up by 13 March will receive a draft questionnaire and be invited to provide feedback.
Will we see a list of questions?
Yes, all Partners who sign up before 13 March will receive a draft questionnaire with you and invite your feedback.
When does the research happen?
The Survey will begin it the end of March followed by interviews, with the aim of completing these by the end mid April.
When will findings be available?
We plan to have all findings available by the end of April. Much will depend on the speed of subscriber sign-up, we will keep you informed throughout the development process.
How will we receive results?
Partners will get a full debrief, one-to-one, either via Teams or in-person (based on your preference), including our tactical and strategic recommendations for your business.
Supporters receive a copy of the Broker Summary Report.
Can We Get The Report Later On
Of course but you won't be part of the set up or influence questions. Plus the cost will increase; the price shown is for the outset.
